Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure that we can continue offering the highest level of service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following policies:

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the appointment amount. This charge will be processed to the card on file if no prior notification of a change or cancellation has been provided.

  2. No-Show Policy:

    • If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, you will be considered a no-show.

    • A 50% charge of the appointment amount will be processed to the card on file in the event of a no-show.

These policies help us ensure that our providers’ time is respected and valued. Our team works hard to prepare and provide excellent service, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows disrupt our ability to serve other clients and manage our schedules effectively. By adhering to these policies, you are helping us continue to maintain a high standard of service and availability for all our valued clients.
