At Waxology, we believe great waxing should be available at different price points without sacrificing the standards that matter.

That’s why you may notice different provider levels when you book an appointment with us.

Whether you choose a New Provider, Level 1, Level 2, or one of our Full Price providers, every Waxology provider is licensed, trained, supported by our team, and expected to follow the same sanitation, safety, and service standards.

So what’s the difference?

Mostly experience, speed, confidence, demand, and pricing.

Here’s how our provider levels work.

New Provider

Our New Providers are the newest members of the Waxology team.

They have completed their licensing requirements and Waxology training and are continuing to build hands-on experience with guests.

Because they are still developing their speed and confidence, appointments may take a little longer than they would with one of our more experienced providers.

In return, guests can take advantage of some of our best introductory pricing.

New Providers are a great choice if you:

• Love getting a great deal

• Have a little flexibility with appointment time

• Don’t mind an appointment taking a few extra minutes

• Want to help a talented new provider build her clientele

You’ll often see special pricing available for services with our newest team members.

Level 1 Provider

Level 1 providers have moved beyond the newest stage of training and are building a consistent clientele.

They’re doing a great job, receiving positive guest feedback, and continuing to improve their speed, technique, and confidence.

Appointments with a Level 1 provider may still take slightly longer than appointments with our most established providers, which allows us to offer their services at a lower price point.

Level 1 is a great option for someone who wants quality Waxology service while still saving a little money.

Level 2 Provider

Level 2 providers have more hands-on experience and have demonstrated consistent results, guest satisfaction, and improved efficiency.

At this level, providers have developed their technique, speed, and confidence while continuing to grow a loyal guest base.

Level 2 can be the perfect middle ground for guests who want:

• An experienced provider

• Consistent results

• A more efficient appointment

• A price point below our most established providers

For many guests, Level 2 offers a great balance between experience and value.

Full Price Provider

Our Full Price providers are our most established providers.

These providers have built strong, loyal clienteles and consistently demonstrate a high level of experience, speed, efficiency, and guest retention.

They are often our most requested providers and may have more limited availability, particularly during evenings, weekends, and other popular appointment times.

If you have a longtime favorite provider, prefer someone with extensive experience, or want maximum efficiency during your appointment, a Full Price provider may be the best fit for you.

Does a Lower Price Mean Lower Quality?

No.

This is probably the most important thing we want our guests to understand.

Our provider levels are not a rating system.

A New Provider or Level 1 provider isn’t offering a different Waxology standard of care. They are simply at a different point in their professional development.

Every provider grows through experience.

Just like every seasoned Waxology provider was once new, today’s New Providers are building the skills, speed, and loyal clientele that will eventually move them through our provider levels.
